MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of Genesis Christian School is to partner with parents to provide a quality Christian Education for elementary and secondary students. This is accomplished within the educational context of a Biblical world view that impacts academics and extra-curricular activities. Emphasis is given to each student’s total development, which includes his/her personal commitment and service to Jesus Christ, community service, and higher education (college).

OVERVIEW

Genesis Christian School is a non-denominational Christian, independent institution that will foster Biblical and educational standards uncompromised. Genesis serves K-4, and Kindergarten through 8th grade. The school has membership with the American and Georgia Association of Christian Schools. The accelerated curriculum chosen for Genesis is ABEKA, published in Pensacola, Florida.

Genesis classes are small by design and we do infuse Art and Music into our program of study. We also provide a Before and After School Program, a Computer Lab, and Standardized Testing. Faculty members at Genesis Christian School are Degreed. Moreover, Genesis offers extra curricula programs such as the Debate Team, Spelling and Bible Competitions, Cheerleading, a 4-H Club, Sports Program, Dance Ministry, Field Trips, Drama Club, Lunch Program, membership with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), and a Finance Club to name a few.

LOCATION

Genesis Christian School, Inc. is located in Nashville, GA. Nashville is 20 minutes from Moody Air Force Base in Valdosta and approximately 40 minutes from central Valdosta. Nashville is also surrounded by Tifton, Alapaha, Lakeland, and Ray City. Our fenced campus includes 40,000 square feet and occupies 9 acres of land. In addition, our lovely campus features: 33 classrooms, gymnasium, large media center, and a full scale cafeteria featuring an industrial/state of the art kitchen. Our physical address is:
